T2COACHING IN TRIATHLON EUROPE
T2 Coaching’s Head Coach Tom Bennett is quoted and mentioned in this months Triathlon Europe. The article features a behind the scenes look at world class coach Darren Smith. Tom spent over a month in camp (where the feature took place) on the invitation of Darren. Known as the D-Squad Darren’s athletes includes ITU athletes Vicky Holland, Lisa Norden and Sarah Groff. The camp took place in Sedona, Arizona during which Tom fulfilled the roles of Rehab guy (with his background in sports medicine) and assistant coach alongside Texas based Zane Castro.

Working day to day with Darren (and Zane) gave me insights into the inner workings of a world class environment and how a coach of Darren’s experience and pedigree operates. I came home from camp with a new confidence and a drive to create my own squad and environment to rival that of my mentor”
