This will be my third year of triathlons and after a bit of trial and error doing my own training plans I was looking for someone to talk through my training, check that I am doing the right sort of things and point out areas to improve.

Training Plan Review
Not every athlete wants a coach, T2 recognize this. However sometimes the sheer volume of magazines, websites and ‘expert’ advice sometimes makes it difficult to see what will work for you as an athlete and how to put your own training programme together.
