Running style is often taught as a ‘one-size fits all’ approach. T2 provides a tailored approach that looks at you as an individual and not a generic runner to vastly improve your running technique. Much in the same way that a golfer might spend hours on the driving range to create the perfect ‘drive’, only through specific coaching cues and practice can you exploit your running potential.
During the analysis session(s) you will be filmed running normally followed by a review of your running form. You will be provided with take away advice and drills that you can include in your run training straight away.
A DVD containing footage from the session will also be made available.
